With Halloween Just Around The Corner…

We have got some special drinks for you.

Pumpkin Martini

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 oz Sylk Cream Liqueur
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin spice syrup (If no pumpkin liqueur)
  • 1 tsp whipped cream
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour the Sylk Liqueur and vodka into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Add the pumpkin liqueur or syrup.
  4. Shake again.
  5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Top with a teaspoon of whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Jungle Boogie Punch

  • Crushed Brown sugar
  • Peel of 1 Orange
  • Water
  • 1 fifth Light rum
  • 1 fifth Dark rum
  • 1 L Pineapple juice
  • 1 L Mango juice
  • 1 L Orange juice
  • Juice of 2-3 Limes
  • Chunks of Pineapple
  • Chunks of Mango
  • Chunks of Orange
  • Grated Nutmeg

Instructions

Make a sugar syrup by boiling brown sugar, water and orange peel for 30 minutes, then allow it to cool. Stir it together with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Garnish with chunks of pineapple, mango and orange, and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
