The Oldest Alcoholic Drink

Gods’ NectarMany of us have wondered what could be the oldest alcoholic  drink ever made? Well, it can go as far back in time as the Greek Gods. Some say mythology, some don’t. Truth be told though, Greeks came up with some pretty good ideas, including a drink. Mead is an alcoholic drink resulting from the fermentation of honey. It is believed to be the oldest alcoholic beverage known to mankind. After gathering honey from the hive, the natural yeast and high moisture content causes the honey to ferment.
