Mango Yogurt with White Wine Delight

posted in Recipes, Wine |

GntMango2.jpgIf you’re looking for a healthy and easy treat, with a little bit of indulgence, this is the perfect solution! It’s creamy, exotic and takes about 2 minutes to create! Wow everyone with this delight! With the black seeds, it resembles a passionfruit dessert, my favorite fruit in the world!

Serve With: A devious smile!
Prep Time: 2-3 minutes
Yield: This is a recipe for each bowl – 1 bowl

3/4 cup Mango Chunks – Fresh or frozen
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt – I prefer Balkan style – or the highest milk fat percentage organic yogurt you can find.
2 tbsp White Wine – Or champagne
Drizzle Honey – Or agave nectar
* 1 tsp Chia Seeds – * Optional – Or black sesame seeds

1. In a dessert bowl or large, beautiful goblet, add mango, white wine, yogurt and chia seeds.

2. Stir to mix thoroughly and drizzle with honey or agave nectar.

3. Serve with a devious smile and Enjoy!

This is satisfying for cravings as the yogurt has protein, so it’s more filling.

However, you may want more because it’s so delicious! LOL

I hope you enjoyed this Wine Recipe on SizzUp! Until next time…
