Awaiting us this Sunday is the mother of all tailgates.  Super Bowl Sunday!  The best part being… You don’t even have to enter the parking lot to take part… Here are some “at-home” suggestions:

‘Super’ Cocktails:

Cardnials Fans -

Cardinal Cocktal

Ingredients:

1 oz creme de cassis
red wine

Preparation:
Pour the creme de cassis into a wine glass filled with ice.
Fill with red wine.

Cardinal Punch (Great for large parties, as long as they’re not rooting for the Steelers)

Ingredients:

2 part cranberry juice
2 part ginger ale
1 part lemon juice
1 part orange juice
2 part Vodka
lemon and orange slices for garnish

Preparation:
Pour juices the into a punch bowl half filled with ice cubes. Pour the vodka and top with the ginger ale. Garnish with orange and lemon slices.

Steeler Fans -

Steel Helmet

Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
milk or cream to fill
Galliano liqueur

Preparation:
Build the vodka, coffee liqueur and milk or cream in an old-fashioned glass.
Stir well. Float Galliano on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.

Black & Gold Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz Blavod vodka
1 oz Goldschlager

Preparation:
Pour the Blavod into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with Goldschlager.
